The challenge

Competitive pickleball still ran on paper scoresheets, group chats and spreadsheets, with no consistent way to schedule, score or rank players across a league.

What we built

A React Native app plus a FastAPI/PostgreSQL backend: leagues, scheduling, a points-and-ranking engine, real-time updates, Stripe Pro tier and AI avatars.
